1. Introduction & legal acceptance
Welcome to the SalamNetwork.com platform (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, and Rights Protection Policies constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between the Platform and any user who accesses, registers with, or uses any of the Platform's services in any manner.
By clicking the registration or login button, or by accessing or using the Platform or any of its services, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that they have:

These Terms apply to all users including, without limitation: teachers; students; parents or legal guardians; educational institutions; content providers; visitors; and any person using the Platform's services directly or indirectly.
2. Definitions
Platform — the SalamNetwork.com website, applications, systems, and services, including all associated software, databases, servers, designs, operating systems, administrative tools, communication tools, payment systems, booking systems, algorithms, user interfaces, and any related services, tools, or systems.
User — any natural or legal person using the Platform in any capacity, whether as a teacher, a student, a parent or guardian, an institution, or a visitor.
Teacher — any instructor, trainer, educator, consultant, or provider of educational or training services accepted or registered on the Platform.
Student — any user who requests, receives, or benefits from any educational, training, or consulting service through the Platform.
Content — all materials, data, and information uploaded, exchanged, published, or displayed on the Platform, including videos, recordings, images, files, summaries, tests and assessments, messages, conversations, explanations, presentations, schedules, designs, educational materials, data, comments, and any other digital content.
Confidential Information — any non-public information relating to the Platform, its users, operational methods, databases, business models, customer data, statistics, reports, pricing, management systems, or any information that is confidential or proprietary by nature.
3. Nature of the Platform's services
The Platform is a technical, organizational, and administrative platform operating as an intermediary between users for the organization and facilitation of educational and training services. Its services include, without limitation:
- Organizing bookings;
- Managing appointments;
- Managing schedules;
- Organizing payments;
- Managing communications;
- Monitoring service quality;
- Conducting preliminary verification of teachers;
- Organizing educational sessions;
- Managing educational content; and
- Providing supporting technical tools.
Use of the Platform does not grant any user the right to circumvent the Platform, bypass its systems, exploit its data, exploit its users, or use its clients outside the authorized operational framework.
The Platform shall not be deemed a direct party to the educational or contractual relationship between teachers and students except within the scope of the technical and organizational services it provides.
4. Registration & account requirements
By registering or using the Platform, the user agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
- Refrain from impersonating any individual or entity;
- Refrain from creating multiple misleading accounts;
- Update their information whenever changes occur;
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials;
- Refrain from sharing passwords or verification codes; and
- Refrain from allowing any third party to access or use the account.
The user shall bear full legal responsibility for all activities conducted through their account. The Platform reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
5. Anti-circumvention & non-solicitation policy
Prohibition of off-platform communication. Teachers and users are prohibited from exchanging or attempting to exchange any direct means of communication outside the Platform, including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, payment links, external meeting links, or any method intended to bypass the Platform's systems. The Platform may monitor internal communications to the extent necessary to protect its legitimate business interests and ensure compliance with these Terms.
Non-solicitation of clients. Teachers agree not to transfer students or parents to off-platform dealings; enter into direct agreements outside the Platform with users introduced through the Platform; offer external services intended to bypass the Platform; request direct payments outside the approved system; use third parties or alternative accounts to circumvent Platform systems; or create groups, channels, or external communication methods for the purpose of transferring or soliciting clients.
Protection period. Teachers agree not to solicit or engage off-platform with any student, parent, or client introduced through the Platform for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of the last actual transaction conducted through the Platform. This provision is deemed necessary and legitimate to protect the Platform's business interests, databases, marketing investments, customers, and trade secrets.
Remedies and urgent actions. In the event of a violation of this section, the Platform may immediately suspend the account; temporarily freeze outstanding earnings pending investigation; claim compensation for all direct and indirect damages and losses; initiate urgent legal proceedings; and seek injunctive or emergency court orders to prevent continued violations.
6. Intellectual property & trade secrets
All rights related to the Platform are exclusively owned by SalamNetwork.com or its licensors, including the Platform name, trademarks, logos, visual identity, designs, user interfaces, software, source code, databases, algorithms, operating systems, booking systems, text, visual and audio materials, reports, organizational structures, operational models, operational secrets, and confidential information.
Without prior written consent, no user may copy, reproduce, resell, imitate, replicate, reverse engineer, decompile, extract databases, reuse data, create competing or similar platforms based on the Platform's data, structures, or designs, or exploit the Platform's trade secrets.
All non-public information relating to the Platform, its users, systems, or operational processes constitutes protected trade secrets. Users agree not to disclose such information, use it outside the scope of the Platform, commercially exploit it, or transfer it to any third party, whether during or after the contractual relationship.
7. Content & educational materials policy
The original content owner retains their original intellectual property rights in the content they create. However, uploading content to the Platform grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to operate, use, display, store, internally distribute, and market such content within the Platform's services to the extent necessary for service operation.
Users are prohibited from publishing, uploading, or distributing content that violates applicable laws; infringes intellectual property rights; is fraudulent or misleading; contains malicious software; is abusive or defamatory; violates others' privacy; or is inappropriate for children or minors. The Platform reserves the right to remove any violating content without prior notice.
Users are prohibited from recording content, copying files, re-uploading materials, redistributing recordings, selling content, sharing educational materials, republishing content, or commercially exploiting content without explicit written authorization from both the rights holder and the Platform.
8. Privacy & data protection policy
The Platform undertakes to implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. The user agrees that the Platform may collect, use, and process data necessary for operating and improving the services.
Collected data may include account information, contact information, payment information, usage logs, device and browser information, cookies, and educational session data.
Users are prohibited from extracting data, creating external databases, collecting user information, selling data, using data for external marketing purposes, or sharing data with unauthorized parties.
Data retention. The Platform may retain data and records for the period necessary to operate the services, comply with legal obligations, or protect its legal rights.
9. Protection of children & minors
Where services are directed to or used by minors, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges responsibility for supervision and obtaining all required legal consents. The Platform shall implement reasonable measures to protect minors' data in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Prohibition of data collection & automated activities
The use of any technical or automated means for the purpose of data collection, content copying, Platform monitoring, client extraction, database analysis, or system disruption is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, extensions, automation tools, and unauthorized artificial intelligence technologies. Such conduct constitutes a material violation entitling the Platform to take immediate legal action.
11. Payments & fees
All payments and collections must be processed exclusively through methods approved by the Platform. Teachers are prohibited from requesting direct transfers, entering into financial arrangements outside the Platform, receiving side payments, or circumventing the commission or collection systems.
The Platform may suspend payments upon suspicion of violations, review financial transactions, temporarily withhold funds pending verification, and deduct legally due fees or compensation.
12. Suspension & penalties
The Platform may, at its reasonable discretion, take any of the following actions in the event of a violation of this Agreement: temporarily suspend accounts; permanently terminate accounts; remove content; restrict access to services; temporarily freeze earnings; remove visibility from search results; prevent withdrawals; initiate legal proceedings; and seek compensation. The Platform reserves the right to investigate and collect digital evidence and technical records necessary to establish violations.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free systems, achievement of specific educational outcomes, compatibility of services with user expectations, or accuracy or compliance of user-generated content.
The Platform shall not be liable for user conduct, external agreements, user-published content, damages arising from misuse, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its officers, employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business losses, or special or punitive damages.
In all cases, the Platform's total liability toward any user shall not exceed the total amounts paid by that user to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform from and against any claims, damages, losses, lawsuits, expenses, or legal fees arising from violation of this Agreement, misuse of the Platform, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
16. Copyright policy & reporting violations
If any person believes that specific content infringes their legal rights or intellectual property rights, they may submit a formal notice to the Platform including the complainant's information, a description of the allegedly infringing content, proof of ownership of rights, and the URL or link to the disputed content. The Platform may remove or temporarily disable the content pending verification of the complaint.
17. Amendments to the Terms
The Platform may amend these Terms or policies at any time. In the event of material changes, users will be notified via email or through notices within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of such amendments constitutes express acceptance thereof.
18. Governing law & dispute resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [To Be Determined], United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved amicably. If amicable resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or before the competent courts in the state designated by the Platform. The user agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of such authorities.
19. General provisions
- If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Failure by the Platform to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver thereof.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Platform and the user.
- The Platform may assign its rights and obligations to affiliates or legal successors.
- Users may not assign their rights or obligations without prior written consent.
20. Final acceptance
By using, registering with, or continuing to use SalamNetwork.com, the user acknowledges and agrees to full compliance with this Agreement; respect for intellectual property rights; refraining from circumventing the Platform; refraining from exploiting clients or data; compliance with applicable laws; and bearing legal responsibility for any violation.
This acceptance constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement effective from the date of use or registration on the Platform.
